Design leadership, measured in outcomes.
I lead product design and the transformations that make it stick. Across fintech, enterprise and consumer platforms I’ve turned design strategy into P&L results and rebuilt how teams design, plan and ship: lower cost to serve, higher conversion, and platforms used by tens of millions.

Design that cut OPEX 80% for 70 million users.
Security and account issues could only be fixed by an agent, so support cost grew with every new user. Self-service flows and intent routing broke that link.
LinkAja is an Indonesian digital payments and e-wallet app used by 70M+ people.
Customer-service cost after self-service replaced agent tickets.
People reached by the redesigned home screen.
Support cases now solved in the app, without an agent.
- Customer Touch Point revamp: self-service security and account flows replaced agent tickets, cutting customer-service OPEX by up to 80%.
- Co-led the home-screen redesign for 70M+ users, driven by dashboards and research, improving information architecture, clarity and engagement.
- Shipped MyPaylater, a conversational-AI chatbot revamp and loyalty programs; also served as UX Writer for brand voice consistency.
- Recipient of the Customer Champion Award; led designers across features while bridging PMs, business, engineering and research.
The home-screen revamp I co-led for 70M+ users. At the time the goal was to refresh the design and unify the visual style, introducing updated icons and illustrations for a better user experience.
Dashboards and research drove it, and it improved the information architecture, clarity and engagement. It is still the design in the app today.
Security and account issues could only be resolved by an agent. Each one became a support ticket, so customer-service cost grew with every new user.
Self-service security and account flows replaced agent tickets, so most issues are now solved in the app.
Every issue, simple or complex, waited on a person. Ticket volume scaled with users, and so did cost to serve.
Thousands of past tickets clustered by intent, then routed, not a blanket bot.
Not a blanket bot: the most frequent cases were mapped by intent and handed to automation, while complex or sensitive issues route straight to the right human, so quality held as cost fell.
Frequent cases resolve in chat. Sensitive ones reach the right agent with the chat history, related transactions and account status attached.
As shipped: activating, checking the limit, following an application and finding answers all happen in the app, so none of them needs an agent.
Transformed how a regulated fintech designs, plans and ships.
In 17 months I moved Product, Engineering and Marketing onto one design system, one release platform and one sprint, and used that footing to lift deposit-funnel completion by about 12 points.
Komunal Indonesia is a regulated fintech. Its DepositoBPR platform lets people place deposits with rural banks.
Deposit-funnel completion after route-first funding and UX audits.
One design system shared by Product, Engineering and Marketing.
Web releases went from weeks to days, shipped by design in Framer.
Marketing, Product and Engineering on one two-week sprint.
- Design system: created the company’s first shared system, one source of foundations, components and tokens across Product, Engineering and Marketing.
- Delivery: championed the move from the legacy Sanity platform to Framer for web components, cutting release cycles from weeks to days.
- Operating model: put Marketing, Product and Engineering on one two-week sprint (one request form, one cut-off, shared ceremonies), with ISO / OJK compliance kept in step.
- Product: led UX audits and a funding-flow redesign that lifted DepositoBPR deposit-funnel completion by roughly 12 percentage points.
Four shifts in 17 months: how teams speak, how the web ships, how work is planned, and what customers feel. Each has its own diagram below.
The same offer card, shipped by three teams. Before the system, each drifted a little: its own shade of blue, its own weight of type, its own corners, and Marketing added colours the system never had. One library now publishes the tokens all three build from.
Legacy · dev-dependent
Design-to-web · shipped by design
Championed the shift to Framer for building and updating web components, replacing the legacy Sanity platform, collapsing release cycles from weeks to days.
I defined what a sprint means for all three departments: one standard request form in ClickUp, a cut-off before sprint planning, and the same two-week sprint with planning, review and retro. Asks now wait for the next sprint instead of breaking the current one, each department ranks what matters most, and Marketing, Product and Engineering talk in the same rhythm.
DepositoBPR's biggest leak was the funding step. Checkout locked the amount and payment method, then waited for the money. When the sender's transfer limit blocked it (a low bank default, a forgotten cap or a basic-tier account), the funds never came, and the user was locked out until customer service stepped in. The revamp checks every rail first (VA, BI-FAST, RTGS) and locks nothing until the funds land.
- Permata VAInterbank pay capped at Rp25M✕
- Xendit · Mandiri VAApp caps VA at Rp30M a day✕
- BI-FASTMax Rp250M a transfer✕
- RTGSRp100M and up · before 15:00✓
The +12-point lift is actual; the step rate and volume are illustrative under NDA, as in the funnel below. Limits follow published bank, BI-FAST and payment-gateway rules; they differ by bank and change over time.

Iterative UX audits and enhancements lifted step-to-step conversion across the placement flow. Volumes are illustrative under NDA; the +12-point lift is actual.
As shipped: the amount is checked as it is entered, the app recommends the one rail that works for this amount, bank and time, and nothing is locked while it waits for the funds.

Chrona is a social calendar app for people who want to see their friends more often and spend less time planning it.

Self-healing & alerting
A 5-min heartbeat watches the device; if it goes silent past threshold, an outage is logged and an email alert fires via SMTP.
What if Garmin Connect read like a cockpit?
Dark display glass, fine graduated scales and one pointer that always means you, now. AI widened the exploration; the direction and every call stayed mine.
- 4 concept screens
- Dark glass
- One pointer

Endurance training keeps me inside the Garmin ecosystem. Every morning the watch hands me a wall of instruments: readiness, Body Battery, HRV, sleep, training load. Reading it all feels like sitting in a cockpit.
So the question became: what if the app read like a well-set instrument panel? Dark display glass, fine graduated scales, one blue pointer that always means you, now.
I used AI to augment the design work. It took the exploration further and wider than I could have gone alone, while the direction and every call stayed mine.

- Home, at a glance: grouped by the question you are asking (recovery, training, today).
- Density is a setting: the same screen, dense, where only the size changes.
- On a hard day, colour appears only when something departs from normal.
- Training, plan first: this week’s sessions, then the load behind them.
